A MARRIAGE: 2 (WEST-ER)
Every word that John Wayne spoke in a Western (he made 84 of them) repeated into clear plastic bags and captured as a volume of breath.
Over the course of the 6 week installation we watched two John Wayne Westerns a day, repeating all of his lines into the bags and suspending them from the gallery ceiling. Each clump of bags is a single movie.
The films themselves played on the television monitors for viewers to watch.
